Training Terms & Conditions

Instructor Discretion & Return Training
During your course, your instructor reserves the right to pause or end the training if they believe it’s necessary for your safety or progress. If this happens, you’ll receive a full explanation and debrief. Follow-up training will be charged, with pricing set by the instructor — we always aim to offer reduced rates for return sessions compared to the standard daily fee.

Weekday Rebooking
Should you need to return to complete your training, this will be scheduled for a weekday only. Weekend sessions are only available for first-time bookings at full price. Any return sessions must be booked within 3 months of your original training date.

Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failing to give sufficient notice may result in the loss of your payment.

If you fail to attend or arrive late for your course, we reserve the right to charge the full rate for the day.

Leaving the Course
Should you choose to leave the course at any stage for any reason, the session will not be repeated, no refund will be issued, and a new booking will be required at full cost.

Safety & Liability
Motorcycle training involves risk. We act solely as a booking agent for various training schools and do not accept liability for accidents, disputes, or issues during your course. However, we’re happy to assist as a mediator between you and the training centre if needed.

Direct Access Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & DVSA Disruptions
Cancellations or changes to a Direct Access Course must be made at least 4 weeks in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your payment. If the DVSA cancels your test unexpectedly, training will still proceed as planned, and we’ll do our best to secure a replacement test date.

Training Locations & Weather
While we aim to deliver training at your preferred centre, on occasion we may shift training to another location. In the event of severe weather, your instructor may postpone training for safety reasons. Any makeup training due to weather is at the instructor’s discretion.

Daily Training Structure
Training sessions typically last around 6 hours, including breaks. Start and finish times can vary, and any missed training is usually added later in the course. If you’re unsure about your schedule, feel free to call our team at 0121 7989023

Refund Policy
We act as a booking agency on behalf of each individual training school. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Any issues or concerns regarding payments or training should be discussed with the instructor or site manager directly.

We cannot be held responsible for disagreements between the student and the training provider.

Intensive Courses
As with all training, prepaid fees for intensive courses are non-refundable. The course type is recommended based on the information you provide. Instructors may decide not to proceed to test if they feel you haven’t reached the required standard. If you do not pass the initial part of the training, your further training may take place on a smaller motorcycle, at the instructor’s discretion.

Retest Fees
If you do not pass your Module 1 or Module 2 test, you can rebook with us under the following options:

Meet at the test centre – £75 + DVSA test fee
Half-day training – £130 + test fee
Full-day training – £230 + test fee

Privacy Policy
We do not store credit/debit card information, and we do not share personal details with third parties.

We may retain your contact information temporarily so we can send reminders about certificate expiry or important updates.

Payment & Booking Policy
Courses can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance. A £50 deposit per training day is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of training.
